“I moved my cockapoo to Marleybones a couple of years ago now when he started to become fussy with meals & haven’t looked back. He loves this food, it’s easy to store, deliveries are always on time & it’s easy to manage your preferences online. Also, they are just lovely to deal with generally. I love knowing my boy is eating natural, healthy food.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How is Marleybones different from other dog food?
Marleybones is reshaping dog nutrition with our delicious dog dining, gourmet treats, and toppers, all thoughtfully made in the UK for happier dogs and a healthier planet. Our Pantry Fresh® food and air-dried treats are made using freshly prepared meat and superfoods, gently cooked for maximum nutrition. Female-founded, backed by vets, and named after one of the founders' dogs, Marley.

What does Pantry Fresh® mean?
It's the easiest way to feed fresh without having to freeze. Our meals keep fresh for 18 months unopened, thanks to our innovative cooking method. We use freshly prepared ingredients, filled raw into cartons, sealed, and then steam-cooked from the outside. This gentle process retains ensures maximum nutrient absorption, palatability, and food safety for our dogs. The specially designed cartons keep our meals shelf-stable without preservatives. Once opened, our meals stay fresh for another 48 hours in the fridge. You can reseal the cartons easily by flipping down the sides. Additionally, the cartons are recyclable, made primarily from plant-based materials.
-
Is Marleybones grain-free?
Yes, all our meals are grain-free! Many believe quinoa is a grain, but it is in fact a seed that is harvested from a tall, leafy plant. Quinoa is actually more of a relative to spinach or beets. Because they are cooked like a grain, they seem to get lumped into the same grain category.

Why do you add vitamins and minerals to your meals?
Right from the beginning, the purpose of Marleybones was to create complete and nutritionally balanced meals for our dogs. This means that feeding your dog the recommended daily amount will ensure they get everything they need to stay healthy and energised every day. Ingredients can naturally fluctuate in their nutritional content making it very difficult to guarantee a complete meal without adding some vitamins and minerals. We try to keep it as natural as possible, but we also want to be sure your dog is getting everything it needs - every time. We want to offer your dog a complete, delicious dog dining experience you can feel good about!
-
Is Marleybones suitable for puppies?
Yes! Even the little ones are able to enjoy a full Marleybones menu. Each of our gently cooked meals have been developed to make sure your puppy is getting everything it needs to grow strong and healthy. Through our algorithm, we’ve made sure to adjust accordingly so they receive extra nutrition from the age of 2-12 months.
