Go green with Marleybones
With Marleybones, we’re aiming to improve more than our dogs’ lives.
We’re aiming to improve the lives of farming animals cramped away in cages, workers’ conditions and unnecessary waste. Using real ingredients from conscious farms helps protect our vulnerable earth and all it has to offer. All while creating the most nutritious meals packed with sustainably sourced meat and fish, veggies and superfoods.
This does good for your dog, our planet and you.
plastic neutral
We’re proud to be the world’s first and only dog food company with a guaranteed net-zero plastic footprint! We want to protect our vulnerable earth and all it has to offer by collecting as much plastic as we unavoidably use.
Our partnership with rePurpose Global, allows us to support Project Anant Pranay (अनंत प्रणय), which means endless love.
By supporting this women-owned business in Aurangabad, India we hope Maharashtra’s jungles and its surrounding natural ecosystems will return their natural environment to the peaceful, luscious state it was once in.
When you join Marleybones, you join and support a whole host of extraordinary communities.
100% recyclable packaging
Our meals are delivered in packaging made from sustainably sourced, mainly plant-based renewable materials and are recyclable. Recycling is at the centre of a low-carbon circular economy that aims to reduce waste and keep materials in use for longer.
Our cartons are widely recyclable within the UK. In fact, more than 94% of councils in the UK collect the cartons and at Tetra Pak’s own recycling plant the cartons are remade into new products like roofing tiles and toilet paper roll cores. As an added bonus, they are easy to store and take up little space!

charity
When you order your first Marleybones meal box, we donate 1 rabies vaccination to a street dog in Sri Lanka.
It is close to our heart to support the organisation, WECare Worldwide, that care for the estimated three million street dogs in Sri Lanka, lacking even the most basic veterinary care.
Set up by amazing UK vet, Dr. Janey Lowes, and run by incredible vets and locals, they truly make a difference. Sadly, half of the world’s dog population lives on the street. It can be a tough life, especially when they don’t receive the care they need.
At Marleybones, we care!
meet our farmers
We have taken great care to choose suppliers who prioritise environmental protection.
For instance, take our locally sourced British quinoa. While quinoa is typically grown in warmer climates, we have partnered with a family-owned business that cultivates it right here in the UK.
Our quinoa is grown by Peter Fairs, an Essex-based pioneer in quinoa farming who became the first farmer in the UK to successfully grow the crop.
